Three types of initial appointments are available:

  • Initial Exam (allow one hour minimum)
  • 15 minute No-charge Consultation
  • Emergency Appointment

Regular Office Hours:
Monday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Lunch hour is taken from 1:00-2:00pm
Additional times for emergencies and special
circumstances by appointment.

Dr. Kathelene’s office accepts cash, checks
and credit card payments

Payment Plan available through Springstone (please enquire).

Insurance is welcome (call for specific carriers and details).
