Cunningham Parris Construction, Inc. (CPC) is a small, personal contracting firm run by husband and wife, Chuck Cunningham and Irene Parris Cunningham. CPC has been serving Santa Barbara County since 1980. Out projects have included historical restorations, custom homes & renovations, commercial buildings (both new and tenant improvements), restaurants and multi-family units.
